Drink at least 1⁄2 your bodyweight in ounces of water daily + electrolytes
Move every day (either a walk or a workout)
Eat 3 balanced meals every day with the checklist (protein, veggie/fruit, fat, carb)
Resources provided on meal ideas, types of each macronutrient, and ways to build your plate to ensure you’re balancing your macronutrients well!
Pick 1 mindfulness practice to incorporate every day:
Meditation, journaling, mindful walks, intentional quiet time
