POW(H)ER PHYSIQUE I & II
POW(H)ER PHYSIQUE I: 12-week hypertrophy program for women looking to get stronger and leaner without spending hours in the gym. This option is for the programming ONLY (not including nutrition coaching).
This program will take 45 minutes to 1 hour (not including the warm-up) to complete, and is 3 days per week with an optional 4th day that will include some cardio to maintain your engine.
